Requesting a return

For future accepted orders, request an eligible return within seven calendar days of delivery. Report a missing item or delivery damage as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with a reference and photographs. This does not remove any non-waivable consumer rights.

Condition and exceptions

Keep original packaging, included parts and proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns should be unused and in their original condition. Cut or tailored fabric, used personal items and hygiene-sensitive goods may be ineligible for change-of-mind returns; faulty or misdescribed goods remain subject to applicable rights.

Review and refund

Contact us before sending an item so that an authorised return destination and shipping responsibility can be agreed. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed address. Approved refunds should go to the original payment method; processing time depends on the provider and will be communicated. Refunds are not sent to unrelated third-party wallets.
